Shipping & returns

Dispatch

We roast on Monday and Thursday and ship the following working day. An order placed on Tuesday morning is roasted Thursday and leaves on Friday. Equipment ships the next working day, whenever you order it.

Costs

• Germany: €4.90, free over €40
• EU: €9.90, free over €80
• Switzerland and the UK: €14.90, duties payable on arrival

Returns

Equipment can go back within thirty days, unused and in its box, and we refund the purchase price within five working days of it reaching us.

Coffee is roasted to your order, so it is exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal once opened. If a bag is stale, damaged or simply not what the description promised, tell us and we will replace it — no return needed.

Cookies

We set three kinds: one that keeps your cart between visits, one that remembers whether you chose the light or dark view, and an analytics cookie that counts visits without identifying you. Nothing is sold on or shared with advertisers. You can decline the third when the banner appears, and clear all of them in your browser at any time.
